As soon as walked in the front door I was welcome the owner Lynn explained the contract fully, they offer me a payment plan 0 % interest. Lynn explained what would happen in court & if we needed attorney or not. She told me we may want to wait to see if my Husband would be release on O.R & we would save $$$ so we did wait, later that evening we had to bail him. Lynn posted bail & myself & my husband meet with her the next day to make payment arrangements. Forget the commercials you see stick with Zig Zag Family owed we found out not Corp.

My sister bailed her louse of a husband with Zig Zag. I told sis to leave him in jail for hitting her but she called zigizag just to ask some questions. They told her she should get him out fast before his bail goes up and that it would becuz of the injuries he did to her. She went right down to get him and was told the 5 percent fee she thought she was paying is now 10 percent but if she gave all cash now they could do for 8 percent insted. WTF...is this bait and switch or what. I am still all mad about this becuz when the louse got out of jail he nocked my sis's front tooth out for taking too long for him to get home. HE SHOULD HAVE STAYED IN FRIGGIN JAIL IN FIRST PLACE. FURTHER..I DONT THINK THERE SHOULD EVEN BE BAILSBONDSMEN.

Pushy & Unproffesional

This was the first Bail Bond office I had called when my brother was arrested falsly for Domestic Violence. I had never ever imagined that I would need to bail any of my family members out of jail. I went under these reviews prior to realizing that all the reviews are coming from their office employess. Coincidence? I say not. So, I came to this site and called them up. They lied to me and said that if I didn't get him out now, that his bail would raise and that they wer going to charge me only 5%. I realized later that I was still going to have to pay the 10 % but they were going to leave that out until I waisted my time going to their office.It wasn't until another Bail Bonds company mentioned that I would eventually be charged the other 5%.When Zig Zag realized I wasn't going to use their services, because they were rushing me to go sign, and pay, with out explaining to me thoroughly, they being aggressive and very rude to me.The sweet little tone, turned into a rude tone. I am happy to have followed my gut instinct.
