Bad experience with this body shop. The estimate was not written correctly after I told what happened with the vehicle. They keep on saying "yes" to what is going on but they did not included in their estimate. I told what need to be done but they would not listen. The work was not done correctly either. The bumper was not mount correctly and the hinges was visible and the quater panel was off which is not line up at all. The trunk lid was not even. They keep on saying it is "almost" line up. They are taking more of my time by going back and forth to verify their works. Yes, this is a rear-end accident. So, I would not recommend others to take their cars to this body shop for they have not live up to their expectation as the "prefer body shop".

Best Customer Service Experience in my life. These people are not your typical Auto Body Repair facility. They take care of your entire accident experience from the moment you crash through the repair process and beyhond. They handle every detail. This is my second time I go to them and the second experience toped the first when I didnt think that was possible. The second accident was not my fault. My insurance company would not get involved unless they were out of pocket money. Pan Am helped me talk to the party at fault, got the other parties insurance to pay for everything including rental. I had no worries. they simply kept me informed and educated me. Once you become a VIP customer of theirs (No Cost) your problems are their problems. They welcome you into their family and really make you feel special. When my daughter had an accident in L.A I called them for advise. Advise? They asked for her number and insisted on helping her direct through out the repair. Now thats CARE!!!! Wow, and they did all that or free! Do yourself a favor and become a VIP customer. when it comes to vehicle collision repair or maintanance, You'll never have to worry about anything again . If they dont do it, they'll still hold your hand and walk you through the process. Awesome team!
