Good & Bad. Palermos has wonderful atmosphere and food. Service is good most of the time. We had my daughter's wedding reception there and it was fabulous. However one family dinner awhile back was a disaster because of a surly waiter. We sent the pasta back because it was overcooked and he brought it back raw and called it al dente. My suggestion always check the bill and stand toe to toe with a bad waiter.
