Excellent law firm. My husband and I tried to ignore the creditors, hoping they would go away. Even after they started garnishing my wages, I was still in denial. I finally started looking for help when I got a foreclosure notice. I wanted to do whatever I could to save my home.

We filed the bankruptcy the same week. We are so happy we did. Thanks to the guys at Fuller Law, we wiped out our second mortgage, wiped out our credit card debt, came up with a plan to catch up on our mortgage delinquency, we reduced the loan balance on my husband's truck by about $10K, and we reduced the interest rate on the truck loan by about 7%, and stretched out the payments over 5 years.

This bankruptcy gave us a chance to get back on our feet, and brought back peace to our life.

Very Happy and Low Price. On a scale of 1-10, I give Sam Taherian a resounding 11. From day one, he made the process of filing for Chapter 7 very understandable, and doing the necessary things to file were easy to carry out because of his excellent guidance. At my court hearing, he was by my side, alert and helpful. As a side note, on the day of my hearing, there was another attorney there with another client. This other attorney was dressed in a very disheveled way, hadn't submitted the proper paperwork to the Trustee and didn't know where the clerk's office was in the building. Sam, on the other hand, was presentable, Prepared and Knew the Judge and was totally prepared. If you're thinking of filing for Chapter 7 and you live in Bay Area, go see Fuller Law Firm. Best Bankruptcy Law Firm in Northern California. Godsend! When I met Sam and his staff I felt like he wasn't my attorney, he is friend that happens to be an attorney and wanted to help me take care of my huge burden of financial debt and take the mountain of pressure I felt for a long time.
