Terrible Service. This Doctor's service staff is terrible. They rarely pick up the phone if you need to schedule appointments and they do not return voicemail messages. On one of the few times I got into their appointment schedule, I went for my first visit at my appointed time only to be made waiting for an hour. After finally seeing their doctor after 90 mins, I observed that there was complete chaos in the office room itself. While the doctor was diagnosing my knee problem, the receptionist kept interrupting him every couple of minutes. The final straw was when the receptionist came in and asked the doctor to move onto the other patients because the doctor was supposedly spending "too much" time on my case (my estimate was that the doctor spent no more than 3 or 4 uninterrupted minutes on my diagnosis). I was so frustrated by this experience that I am trying to get my medical records and move on to another orthopedic surgeon. But the receptionist staff is stalling me again on this issue by not releasing my records . I absolutely WOULD not recommend this doctor to anyone because of the poor service of his support staff.
