Great office. Staff are very welcoming, and friendly. Great with kids and adults. They explain everything before doing it, which i like. They are on time, no long waits. very professional. Recommend them to my family and friends.

Very BAD customer service with HIGH Price. Avoid this place if you want some decent customer service with better price. very un professional manager. heard frm office stuff that old doc has illegal relation with her and she does his tax under table, so who cares what patient needs. you even can't reach to doc to make a complain, not much patient there, bad for business. not that good place for treatment either. a regular cleaning cost almost $300 without insurance, then i found another place in same area for $84 regular cleaning. BEAWARE those very nice posting are written by them for their business. u will know when u walk in there and meet tht ugly behaved manager.

Very Nice Office. Very nice office, the office manager is so kind and help full, the dentist is very sweet to the children .my son and my mother loves to go to the dentist now and I owe to Jackson Family Dental,

Avoid--painful and expensive treatment and staff is rude. Our daughter noticed right away the difference between the dentists here and our previous one. The previous dentist was much more caring and gentle and the only reason he is no longer our dentist is because our employer changed insurance plans. Subsequent visits proved this to be true. They have a hard time explaining billing and the office manager is rude and condescending.
