A pleasant experience. I came here fully expecting to be swarmed by a bunch of blood thirsty devils, but left fully satisfied with the whole experience. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying car salesmen are all trust worthy. I used the Internet to contact the fleet manager beforehand. Mike was able to offer me the lowest price (fleet) and got me the car I wanted. He did low ball me on the initial trade in offer but we were able to settle at a price where we're both happy. For the most part, he was a totally cool guy to deal with, friendly, and most importantly he made you feel comfortable. Going through him made this experience as pleasant a buying a new car can be.

Great Sales Team. I went into this dealership torn between two cars. I knew I needed the right deal for me to make a decision. I told them my situation and they did everything they could to get me the best deal. I am very happy with my decision.

Honest and Professional. About 2 days I go, I emailed Mark Moore, the internet manager asking for a quote on 2010 Outback. Mark told me he would give me a screamin' deal and he did. He was professional, honest and was a man of his word. The price he gave me over the phone was the exact price that he sold me the car at. He wasn't pushy at all, answered all my questions, and made this one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had.

Perfect Experience. I had a perfect experience dealing with Mark Moore in the internet department when I leased my Subaru Forrester a couple of months ago. Even though I said I probably wasn't going to buy a car for a month, he still took me seriously and took the time to sit down and show me the numbers. After shopping against Honda and another Subaru dealership, I decided to buy without waiting the month because they had what I wanted in stock and his numbers were where I wanted to be. If you want a Subaru, deal with Stevens Creek.

No Pressure. Tamie was an absolute delight to work with. She took the time to explain the Subaru story, the engine design, safety, features of the vehicle, etc. I had my eye on the Forrester so we took it on a test drive without any hassle. Upon returning back to the dealership, she drove us to the lot where all the Forrester's were and showed us all the colors and different trims. Tamie said it herself that she is a no-pressure, no gimmicks sales person and that she truly was. If I was ready to buy a car at that moment, I certainly would've bought it from her.

Happy Subaru Owner. I just have to say thank you so much to Mark Moore and Erik Chernushin for helping me get my new car. They were so honest and made things so much easier for me. I was so lucky to have a friend recommend going to see Mark at Stevens Creek because he has made me probably the happiest Subaru owner EVER!!! Your defiantly in good hands here :)

Bad Experience!!. I highly disagree with how this place conducts business. No class. They come acorss as fake. People can tell when someone has their best interest at heart and is being genuine and real. Not here folks!!! Horrible shopping experience here on more than one occassion. I will NOT be coming back.

Average Car Place. Average, typical car delaership. Nothing too bad about it. Never used their service department, but I have bought two cars (Subaru) here. It was ok. Hate the car buying process, but I got what I needed here.
