Fouad was extremely helpful and straightforward. He is truly customer-oriented - very professional yet extends a warm treatment. As an easy customer myself, a simple yes or no answer is sufficient and Fouad just fits into that picture. Trust and understanding was established as soon as he introduced himself until the transaction was done. Appreciation is also extended to Chris, the salesperson, who stayed around through the end of the transaction. And same to Mike in Finance and Bijan. Thank you Stevens Creek Subaru - I appreciate doing business with you. With the wholesome experience I had at the dealership, my cousin is considering getting her Subaru from Stevens Creek.

Got an oil change for my Outback. Took them about three hours but I wasn't expecting a quick in and out of a dealership service center. Business as usual... No complaints.
