Worst Wedding Flower Service. The lady in charge (Mai Nguyen) was to have the flower arrangements set up for our wedding at 2PM. She did not show up until 4:30PM and the ceremony started at 5PM!!! She also did not fulfill her commitment in regards to the ceremony flower arrangements. She specifically stated on the contract that she was going to have the flower arrangements mimic a picture I had given her in advance. The flower arrangements that she provided that day looked like they belonged in a funeral home!!

She is unprofessional (no formal receipts, requests for "under the table" payment to avoid taxes, complete neglect for requests). She is out-dated (relies on carbon copies of contracts and avoids any email communication). She has zero staff (relies on herself and her husband to set up a $4K wedding flower service!!).

My statement only represent the experience that she provided for me on my wedding day. Yes, I am an upset bride, but I feel like it is my duty to provide this information in order to help anyone with a decision for a wedding florist. I hope it helps.
