They are are like family. As a State Farm customer for over 25 years, we have come to think of Steve Sosnowski’s office as family. Steve’s staff person, Leslie Muyo, has been there for myself and family through a lot. We recently purchased new cars and financed them through State Farm, one of my sons brought Leslie the info on a car he going to finance, and she did the research, and found out it wasn’t worth it. He saved thousands. They cover our home. Also and I know if anything were to happen they would have our backs! We are proud to be with Steve’s office. They are more than just a good neighbor. They are like family.

Thank you for your services. We have been with your office for many years. We have multiple properties and vehicles insured through State Farm. We appreciate the extra care you have given us with your yearly reviews of our accounts to be sure our insurance coverage is what we need.  When we have had a claim it is because of your recommendations that our coverage has been perfect.  Thanks to you and your staff for your professionalism.

It's all good. Steve & Nelly are the best! I have had  State Farm insurance for almost  5 years and I couldn't be happier we have insured 4 cars  plus 3 life insurance and our Apartment.  Nelly is really helpful and responds my emails within minutes. They have always taken care of me and my family, and I would strongly recommend them to others. Love this staff. They are so helpful! Plus, it's good to always be taken care of.

Painless and quick service! highly recommend. Our experiences with State Farm Insurance and Steve Sosnowski’s office have definitely been positive.  Our largest claim was our house fire.  All of our needs have been met.  All attempts to contact State Farm have been answered in a timely fashion.  Our reimbursement checks have been paid.  The contractor and workers that they recommended were incredible.  We are back in our home now and feel secure knowing that State Farm took such good care of our family.  We appreciate the support of each and every employee who helped us along this journey.  We highly recommend State Farm Insurance to others.

Poor customer service. I had a horrible experience with State Farm and Steve's staff. I have decided to change insurance company after 17 years with State Farm, which is unfortunate and avoidable with a little customer service and effort from my agent. State Farm is the most expensive insurance company around, and the reason I was comfortable paying for that premium was for their "award winning customer service". Customer service is not what I received from State Farm corporate nor from my agent.

I had a small incident with my car that required my front bumper to be replaced. The claims process was unprofessional, Steve's staff was unprofessional and after my first and only claim, State Farm's response was to double my car premium over the next three years to recoup their out of pocket expenses and make a $1500 profit. Steve's response to this "highway robbery" was that it was out of his hands and when I asked to speak to someone that actually made decisions, Steve continued to point me to call center managers that had no authority to make a decision.

My advice is to not use Steve's services nor State Farm. Insurance is a zero sum game and as long as you have a reputable company behind you (Farmer's, Allstate, etc.) you will be fine. I was able to switch my home, auto, umbrella, personal items and life insurance coverage (increasing my coverage levels in multiple areas) and I still saved $100/month over State Farm.
