Happy, Helpful Staff. Cheerful staff was ready to help. I was in search for a specific shoe to be dyed and had been given a VERY HARD TIME by several other bridal stores in the area. However, the staff and owner at Elegant Lace was ready to help. The did not carry the shoe I wanted in the store, but prompty pulled out an order book, found my shoe and offered to special order it. But, after browsing the store, I quickly found a different shoe in their display that was even cuter than the one I went there to buy. Then, the woman pulled out every color swatch she had and helped me find the perfect shade of pink. I am so glad I found this place! Now I wish I had gotten my dress there.
