I've been going to Cost Cutters for years now. Cora is my stylist. She gets it right every time... whether it's the cut, the color. She's a great listener and when you say you don't want very much cut off, she actually doesn't cut very much off. You can always have her cut more, but putting it back... forget about it. How many stylists have I been to who don't listen!! In terms of color, her philosophy is the same way... she works with you and listens. She really knows her stuff. I even got my husband to start going to her. He wouldn't let ANYone touch his hair.. only me. I got tired of cutting his hair and begged him to try her because, again... she listens. He has now been going to her for a year, so YAY... I've got some free time on my hands. Everyone at the shop is nice. I also go to Cora at the Cost Cutters in Los Altos on El Camino/El Monte.... she works both stores. Be sure to give her a good tip, as she is well worth it!!

Bad Haircut - Bad Attitude. Unprofessional, poor quality personal service. The male stylist (big guy) not only gave me the most lopsided, worst haircut of my life but had an in-your-face, confrontational manner. Guess I was not responding as he wanted because at one point during the cut he announced that I was too serious & should lighten up cause life was too short. Huh? I'd just been sitting there listening to him. He lobbed some other inappropriate personal comments, as well. Bottom line, got a bad cut from an angry dude.
