I bought two new tires for my katana there (~$450) and asked if they could mount them when I picked them up on Friday because I needed the bike on Saturday. I asked the service dept and they said sure. I asked if I needed to make an appt. They said no. When I rode in on Friday to get the tires they claimed that they were booked solid for 3 weeks and couldn't do the job. A 20 minute drive home to get the car to carry the tires home, 2 hours of searching for a shop that could mount them (for 1/2 the price incidentally) and a lot of gas and frustration later I finally got them on the bike in time for Saturday when I needed the bike. This shop sucks badly and should be avoided at all costs. I would give them 0 stars if I could.

The service department did not finish scheduled valve adjustment maintenance for my Honda when promised, and waited until too late in the day to order the valve cover gasket needed to finish the job. A few hour appointment has turned into a few day delay, and my experience with the service department yesterday was very frustrating. When I get my bike back, I will update this review.

I've given these clowns every chance, all to no avail. New Bike Sales: helpful, but overpriced. Parts: slow to offer help, and knew little about the differences between the (helmet) brands they carried. Service (repair): absolutely frustrating. FI light came on (new bike), code said it was the secondary throttle thingy. They put their meter on the STT, and it measured good, so they said there was nothing they could do. I called Suzuki myself, and they admitted to a problem with the STT, and said it should be replaced. I relayed the info to GP, and they still refused (to do it and to contact Suzuki), claiming they measured the part, and it was within spec, end of story. The FI light came on again (always fun when you're in the middle of the Dumbarton Bridge), rode straight there, light still on, they still denied there was a problem. Back and forth with GP and Suzuki, until they finally replaced the part that Suzuki said was faulty, and it's been fine ever since. And I've been getting service elsewhere ever since.
