Most knowledgable staff around!. Guitar Showcase is a great place to go to get answers to questions you can't find anywhere else. They have such a knowledgable staff their and they are always willing to spend time with me and walk me through things that I don't understand. I go there for everything I need for my band and they always treat me right, they have great prices and will actually give you a discount on some things just for asking. TIP: Almost all of the retail prices you see on the tags on everything in their store are not the prices you will pay, most of the stuf is discounted so if you are not sure just ask and most of the time you will get a discount off of retail. PLUS, they just put in this WAY COOL new Roland Showcase upstairs in their Pro Audio department and it has all the latest and greatest stuff from Roland and Boss and Edirol. It so cool with Flat panel TV's everywhere and really cool computer set-up and all, its worth look just to check that out!

Since 1965, the Wineroth brothers have done very well advertising on word of mouth alone, supplying guitars so beautiful it'd make a grown roadie cry. Exceptional product knowledge puts Guitar Showcase's staff in the upper echelon of music store employees, making this a classier place to go. They carry drums, keyboards, amps and pro audio, conduct workshops, repairs, consignments, rentals, and a stern warning about fakes and online auctions.

disappointing and unprofessional. My son took a few months here with the disappointing unprofessional garage band musicians and we were not happy.
