best t tacos in town!!. best tacos in town!! also try the super burrito al pastor, with salsa, on a whole wheat tortilla, and then, make them to put in on the grill!! bet youl'l love it, I call this " the O" burrito, you'll see why...

best tacos in town!!. best tacos and burritos, try al pastor, carne asada, pollo, PRAWNS, everything you try, you'll fall inlove with, clean place, good atmosfere, happy music, you'll go back!! I like their salsa fresca, and the green mild sauce, give them a try, you won't regret it.let them know how you like it, they'll do it your way

Awesome burritos, but beware. This place is popular and on a couple people I know?s ?best burrito? list. I used to go here at least twice a week; they have what I believe are the best burritos of any place I?ve even gone to in San Jose. I made the choice to stop eating here because 4 times in a row, after eating my usual Carnitas Super Burrito, I got some pains BAD right after eating. And trust me, I have an iron stomach. Maybe it?s the ton of hot sauce I put on my food from the ketchup bottles they keep it in that does it; I?m not sure. They really need to upgrade their cleanliness policy though; I?ve seen the guy that makes burritos take out the trash and then go straight to making food. I sincerely hope this changes in the future, because I truly miss their food. Hopefully someone else can reply that their experience is different. If you?re feeling adventurous, it?s worth giving them a try though, they do have the best burritos in the area.

Best mexican I've ever had. I recently moved out of the San Jose area and boy do I miss this place. Adelita's always has the freshest, tastiest food at low taqueria prices.

Instead of using guacamole for their super burritos/tacos, they use large slices of fresh avocado. Order the carne asada and a fresh strip is grilled and chopped up for your burrito. The chicken is also very juicy and tasty. As mentioned the salsa verde is very good.

Fantastic place you won't be disappointed. Best mexican food in San Jose by far, best I've ever had anywhere.

A cut above. There are dozens of good Taquerias in this area but I keep coming back to Adelita's. In fact, I'm addicted.

The decor is somewhat atypical. Yes, the colours are brash, but alot of the walls are adorned with Mexican movie posters. Often a football game or the Simpsons can be caught on the TV in the far corner. About 12 tables are available should you choose to dine in.

The service is fast, and the menu doesn't tread new ground: the usual assortment of enchiladas, tacos and burritos. Everything is above average. I particularly enjoy their Verde sauce and the salsa is the best I've had in the area (they go heavy on the cilantro).

If only they spent the time to produce handmade tortilla chips. For now, they serve a bland store bought variety (think Tostidos).

Best Burrito for the price in SJ. Excellent quality meat & fresh avocados! A great value! The owner is very friendly and courteous.
