Terrible experience with San Jose Yellow Cab. We planned our last vacation in a way to avoid the crack of dawn rush to the airport by booking a later flight.

We called Yellow Cab on Sept 2 to order a cab for 9:30 a.m. on Sept 3.

The phone rang at 4:20 a.m. on Sept 3. I answered and it was Yellow Cab. They were calling to confirm the pick up time. I told them we had ordered a cab for 9:30 a.m. and asked why they were confirming at 4:20 a.m. The caller said it was a holiday weekend and all the supervisors and dispatchers were off - so the drivers had to verify pick up times. I complained about verifying a pick up time at 4:20 a.m.

In the morning, I went outside to get the newspaper at 8:30 a.m. The taxi was waiting. I told the driver we would be ready at 9:30 a.m. He was visibly upset. He asked if we could leave earlier, but we were not ready.

When we did go outside (at about 9:15) he threw our luggage in the trunk, and took off as soon as we got into the cab. He took off before we could even shut the doors and buckle our seat belts -- I almost fell out of the cab.

After reaching the airport and going through security, I called the company to complain, but was told that all the supervisors were off for the holiday weekend.

We will never use them again.!!!!

Worst Cab Service Ever!!!!!. I really to hate to give Yellow Cab one star. They deserved zero stars. I book my reservation online four days prior to my pickup. How about Yellow Cab forgot and arrived over an hour late and I almost missed my flight. I would not recommend this service to anyone.

Great taxi serviece in the whole bay area. This is a very good company and the dispatchers are very friendly. The drivers always talk to you nicely. They have 24 hour servece 7 days a week. This is the greatest cab company in the bay area. I always this use this cab company. Before I used a lot of otner companies but they are all bad company because they are not on time. You should try this cab company,.
