WORST PARTY RENTAL COMPANY EVER!!!!!!. These people are rude in person and over the phone their equipment is disgusting and dirty the office looks like a dump and they never explain policies to you at the time of rental.... i would not recommend these people to anyone nor will they ever get my business again

Bad Experience. I do not know how this place is rated four stars? I definitely agree with the other negative reviewers. Renting from this facility was an extremely bad experience and I will never return for service again.

Absolutely worst Customer Service. I am in shock after getting off the phone with this company. In fact, I registered for City Search just so I could complain, something I've never done before. They are unbelievably rude and unhelpful. DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY. They do not deserve any support based on this sort of behavior. Clearly, I'm not the first one who has been treated this poorly after actually paying them for services.

Worst Customer Service. When I first called Brannons Party Rentals for information on their pricing and availability, the person who answered the phone - Pearl - made me feel kind of stupid for not knowing things like how large the tables were, or if they would be in stock for the relatively short notice I was giving. I tried to be pleasant, but she was very rude and dismissive. I wouldn't have used them if there had been another place open on the holiday weekend, but they were available so I decided to give it a shot.

I dealth with the same person throughout, and she was not particularly nice at any time, but when we had a mis-communication regarding the pick-up time, and she was so incredibly rude to me, she actually hung up on me! I couldn't believe a business that actually WANTED my business could be so rude. I would not recommend Brannon's for ANYTHING.
