very nice people. i had to put my dog to sleep and i found them to be very understanding and decent people, the vet even gave me a hug to try and help . i will go back again

Very Impressed. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. We have a TON of questions each visit, and Dr. Mary Ruth and the staff patiently answer each one until we're at ease and understand everything. I was especially impressed when our puppy had some skin irritation around his eyes, and they squeezed us in early Saturday morning even though Dr. Ruth was booked. Btw, Dr. Ruth is great!

Incredibly Caring Vets and Staff. I have been taking my dogs to Lincoln Ave. Vet Clinic for over 11 years now. On many occasions they have gone above and beyond the call of duty. One of my dogs had many health problems. From the first time I brought him in until we had to put him "to sleep" 10 years later, the doctors and staff were always helpful, caring and flexible.

My Personal Experience.. I am not sure what clinic sas2679 is posting about, however, I do feel that Lincoln Ave Veterinary Clinic may not be the correct one.

This clinic has been taking care of my cat (5yrs) and dog (11 mos.). I have never had a problem with the care or the staff. Each time we visit there are always several people in the lobby and they have never called us in late due to over-booking like some other offices.

Both Bella and Jack have received excellent care from Lincoln Ave Veterinary Clinic and as a worried mom; I have never left there feeling that I did not have a full understanding of the visit. Also, I have never had a bad experience with the front desk staff either on the phone or in person.

Bella had a cat fight last night and injured her ear and eye. They were booked solid when I called at 7:00 AM, but had me come in at 7:10 AM anyway. The doctor explained what she was doing and why; the dangers; the warning signs of trouble and how to administer meds and what each med was for. They did not charge me for an emergency visit as they clearly could have and we were on our way by 7:45.

I highly recommend Lincoln Ave Veterinary Clinic.

The best pet care. My puppy is well treated and cared for by Dr. Flinn. They have squeezed me in several times when he needed to be seen. He actually loves to go the vets office. I cannot think a better place to take my pets when they need medical attention. The office staff is great and helpful and the vets are kind and caring.

NOT RECOMMENDED!!!. The front desk staff is rude and not accomodating. When you call with a question they make you feel like you are bothering them. The 3 different veterinarians I have seen have not been thorough in explaining things to me and I have to ask questions in order to get a full understanding. I have brough 3 cats there since 1991 and have tried to give the clinic many chances thinking that I am too critical. But the staff (including the veterinarians) have a high turnover rate and I just don't think any of them care. I will not be going back. I want a clinic for my pets where the staff really care about the pets. In addition I am learning that they overcharge for everything.
