extremely dissatisfied. I have been taking my maltese here for almost a year now. i have never been completely satisfied with their work, but my last visit is the last time i will take my dog there. they usually take the whole day (from 8 am until 5 pm) which was nice sometimes when I had to work, but they were extremely unresponsive and rarely answered their phones. My last visit was disasterous. my dog came back with an average haircut, but she was in constant pain for almost two weeks because they clipped her too close. They also did not call me at all. Once I got home from work, there were no phone calls and no messages. The shop was due to close in only 3 minutes. My son was suppossed to go pick her up but he never received a call to his cell phone. I tried calling but it went straight to voice mail. I am extremely unhappy with this grooming shop and would not reccommend it to anyone to anyone, espescially someone looking for a quality place to have their pup cleaned up.
