they are dishonest and ok with it. Bought a new Bushnell scope from website. Was shipped a used or demo scope that was sold to me as "new". Box had been opened, scope was marred, accessories (lens covers and cleaning cloth) missing, all paperwork missing. Called them and was told that that was all that was in the box and it wasn't their problem.

customer service???.
so they first made a mistake by forgetting to put my apartment number on the shipping label which made my second day ground package unobtainable. i paid extra to get the package before i went on vacation. then they did not send the package while away on vacation (i had them on the phone telling them all this) they waited until i came back and had them ship it again via the slowest ground transportation. when asked why they shipped this this way they said it would loose money if they sent it any other way.
this is how poor customer service does not pay. i now am a pissed off customer who is now spending time to write a poor review detailing this experience. i wonder how much money a documentation of this terrible experience is will cost them.

They have EVERYTHING!.
This place is stuffed to the gills with EVERYTHING! I went there for a few camping items, and found the mothership of snowboarding gear. They are still getting in new inventory for the weirdos that need the latest and greatest "fashions". In the back they have last year's gear for 1/2 off.
The staff is knowledgable and always eager to help. I think I will change my review to 5 stars, they deserve it.
