Rent at your own risk.. I have lived at Central Park Apartments for about 2 months. I have had the maintenance guys in our apartment at least 4 times first is was a broken fridge then it was a leak in the shower, but that?s not the big deal the big deal is, WE PAY FOR A GATED COMMUNITY not for the gates to be open all night long, my boyfriends car was stolen this last weekend because the gate was LEFT OPEN! NOW I have heard that we have security go though 8 times a night, that?s once an hour the gates should be closed from 6pm-6am, now I don?t know what the rent-a-cops are doing but they are not securing the place all they are doing is towing cars. I have had problems after problems. Save yourself the headache.

clean and quite apartments. yes i agree the price for the 2bedroom and 2 full bath it is cheap and the apartments are good condition.

only problem i had was the secound car parking which is difficult to find sometimes.

good deal for great size apartments. I have been living here about a year and still love it. The managers are really nice and responsive. They are real people not just managers. Maintenance persons are responsive, profesional and overall really nice. I have looked all around and i couldnt find a better place and it takes 15 minutes from anywhere you need to be. Its quiet. I've locked myself out twice and never been charged. The location is beautiful. The Los Gatos Creek trail is near and peaceful. The residents are generally quiet and courteous. Except one thing that is the front gates are problematic and sometimes never open. Management is very strict when it comes to noise and children playing outside. No bikes or scooters allowed which I really apreciate. I would recommend this place and you can get a good deal.
