Had a good honest experience.. I originally came into Stevens Creek Automotive for an emissions repair after another repair shop claimed I failed a smog test. As I suspected since my car is in good shape, it turns out that my car did not have any smog problems and passed the test. They didn't rip me off with any needless repairs. The people there are nice. If I had to point out any problems with this place is they kept my car overnight and didn't call me back until the next day because they are busy. Anyways, if you are looking for a friendly repair shop, try this place. I recommend it.

Great service. Norm operates an excellent shop.. Norm is the owner of this shop. This shop reflects Norm's commitment to excellent,, prompt, customer oriented service. I brought my wife's car here the first time when I needed some special work done that another shop would only attempt at a rediculously hight price. Norm did this very difficult repair right the first time and at a relatively reasonable price. At that time i also owned a couple BMWs and would only take them to a "BMW repairman." Norm did such good work with this difficult and unusual repair that I started taking all my cars to his shop, including my BMWs. This was nearly ten years ago and now I would not think of going anywhere else for my car repairs.

The only problem is that the word has gotten around and the shop can get kind of busy. On the other hand if you can buy the parts cheaper than Norm can get them for you he has no problem using your parts. This can save you a significant amount of money.
