Bad services. Got a dishwasher from them. The price was good, but the store missed the delivery date. When I phoned to ask for the sale person. He pretended to be someone else and put me on hold. I knew it was him because he has a very special way of talking. I eventually got the machine installed a few days later, but I was not happy about the way I was treated.

You get what you pay for - poor delivery service and excuses. They've got a good selection, good in-store service and very good prices, but their delivery service is the pits. Stayed home one morning specifically to receive a deliver from them, and was surprised to find a 'We missed you - call to reschedule' card hanging from my screen door. The main door was open, we were home, the delivery person just never bothered to knock or ring the doorbell it seems. The sales people tried to be helpful, but couldn't offer another delivery for 3 days and said there was nothing they could do. Once they've got your sale completed, it seems they're not that interested in helping you out.

I've had problems with delivery from other stores before, but it's always been resolved satisfactorily - this time it wasn't. I won't be going back there, and will be sure to tell my friends not to go there either. Stick with major appliance stores.

Great prices, terrible delivery/installation. We saved quite a bit of money buying our new appliances here (fridge, washer, dryer). However, it took their delivery/install people three times to finally get things right. Not really pleasant to work with either. I probably wouldn't go back unless I was doing the delivery and installation myself.
