Horrible Service. We were seated promptly, no one came to give us water or asked out order for 15 minutes. The wait persons were just standing around. The hose was not even bothered that we just walked out!!! They were not busy. It was around 5:30 on a Friday night. The parking lot was full because people park there to walk across the street to Santana Row!!

Nice and Clean Restaurant with fairly good Vietnamese food. My family and I have been coming to this restaurant for almost 23 years. Customer service was excellent. The owners are always there to be sure everything goes smoothly. Therefore I disagree with the previous reviewer. The bathroom is always spotless for the past 23 years I have been coming to this restaurant, whether is was in the old location or the current one. The staff are friendly and polite. Depending on what you order, their specialty i must say is the Banh Hoi Chao Tom, Com Tam Bi Thit Nuong, Goi Cuon and the very best Bi Cuon that I can find in the Bay Area. In compare with the rest of the Vietnamese restaruants in the Bay Area, Khanh is known to have the cleanest bathroom ( female's). Everywhere in the restaurant is spotless. As for me, the atmosphere, the friendly staff, the food and the cleanliness make up what we call the best restaurant. Khanh's garden is one of them. Don't take my advise, try out and you can make your own comment later. This is the restaurant that I will always take my kids for cleanliness means a great deal to me. Good Family restaurant. I have been coming to this restaurant for the last 20 years.

The food is not spectacular. However, it is good enough for me to do take-out on a regular basis.

Their Ca Kho To is ok.

The Banh Hoi Chao Tom is really good.

The Tofu Vegetable is simple and usually get a nod from vegetarians.

Like anything else, you need to know their specialty. Hopefully, the specialty agrees with your taste as well. One person may find a particular dish tasteful and his friend may not think so.

In terms of service, I would say that they are better than the average Asian restaurant. The waiters are friendly. If you have a problem, make sure you mention it to the owners/manager. They're the couple who are usually in the front greeting and ringing up at the cash register.

what a waste of time!. I came there for dinner and was so unimpressed with the food, the dirtiness of the bathroom, and the waiters seemed mean when I tried to change my order. I found a hair in my soup! don'tmgo here,period.

Great food at a great price. The food here is terrific. I've been here several times, and including slow times, and the food is always hot, fresh, and quick.

The service is also great. There are always a lot of waiters/waitresses, and they attend to each customer promptly.

Also, its a very comfortable and casual place for dinner.

Simply Superb. I have yet to eat something off of the menu that I did not like. Single and with time to eat out, I have found myself eating here, at times, daily, and have several times had both lunch and dinner there. The food is addictive, the service lightning fast, and the ambience, well, I just feel better about things when I dine there. Enough said!
