wouldn't even waste my time. Was looking for a Thai place to eat and looked at reviews on internet for Thai restaurants on Winchester. Took the chance of eating at this place with a rating of 3 stars. Badddddd mistake! Closing time for lunch was at 3pm. Never in my life have I experienced being rushed out of a restaurant like I was here. You figure customers are who make you. The workers had my order wrong and didn't get my order at all because waiter said kitchen is closed! I was rushed and I was hungry and it was just bad service period!…

Buyer beware?This place is unethical, slow service and very rude wait staff. Watch out for those hidden service charges too!. I went in to eat at this restaurant as we had many times before. We ordered our food and then about 30 minutes later a family friend came in and we invited her to eat her food with us so she sat with us and ordered her food.

The ordering process was very slow and when we received our dinner we were missing an order of panang chicken. We had ordered 2 orders but instead we received an order of pork kra praw. We tried to get our waiters attention but after waiting forever and not being able to get anyone to help us, we decided to forgo the request and just eat the food we were given. We did try getting another waiter to help us but no luck. Also, when our friend finally received her order she was missing her thai tea and instead was given a sprite. It was again hard to get anyone?s attention.

We received our bill and the waiter added our friend?s bill with ours, even though we had requested they be separated. Our friend was billed for two rice orders and received only one and she was billed for both a thai tea and sprite even though she never received the tea. To top it off, we were charged a 15 % service charge for 6 people when there were only 4 of us altogether. I tried settling this issue with the lady clerk who completely ignored me. She acted like she didn?t speak or understand English. After going back and fourth, she did separate the orders but she didn?t credit my service charge, pork kra praw and my friend?s rice and tea. Instead, she additionally charged us both a 15% service charge.

I called the owner & left messages, no response. I sent a letter but again no response. I won't be going there again!…

Krung Thai--HUNGRY FOR TIP. The review written by Neha Rastogi is absolutely true, these people have a very cheap mentality and Neha I would like to go with you again to Krung Thai to teach these people a nice lesson :o)) so they don't do it again. Even I went with my husband this Friday and really had a bad experience!!! The waitress came with the bill and asked for the tip as if it's her human right. When asked she claimed if you like the food its mandatory to pay the tip. Gosh I was shocked at this ugly behaviour.

Whole of the wait staff including the manager are GREEDY people.…

Horrible and very cheap mentality. This is my first review for a restaurant, but I had such a bad experience at Krung Thai that I feel its my responsibility to inform other readers about it. My husband and I were here for dinner today and we ordered Thai ice tea with out ice, their house specialty Pad Gra Paw (sp?) and steamed rice. After waiting for about 30 minutes on a busy Friday night we got our Thai ice tea. It tasted fine. After much delay we got our food. Tiny in quantity and ok in taste it was pretty disappointing for a house specialty. We decided not to order anything else and get our cheque. The bigger surprise was yet to come. On the bill the Thai iced tea was 50cents more than the usual as "We ordered it without ice". That made us so furious we chose to call the manager/owner. When we asked what is this he said "well you ordered with out ice and so you end up getting more of the drink as there is no ice hence the extra 50 cents". We were left agasped.

So frens.........Very poor service+tiny quantities+cheap mentality= Krung Thai. enjoy!…
