Manager is incompetent. I called one night and ordered delivery. After an hour and a half, finally got a call from the delivery guy asking me the directions to my apt. I spent 10 minutes guiding him to my apt and then he asked me to come outside to get the food. The chicken wings were gross.

Decided to give it another try, this time with a pizza. Unbelievable horrible experience with these guys. After 1 1/2 hrs, called them. The phone guy lied and said the delivery guy had trouble with his car, should be there in 10 minutes. I waited another 30 min, called him back (2 hours after ordering my pizza) and asked where it was. The guy on the phone (who I think is the manager and the delivery guy) gave me 3 different reasons why the pizza was not there yet----car troubles, couldn't find the address in gps, and they were really busy. He said he would give me the pizza for $5 if I came and picked it up. I had already charged this on my debit acct and asked him to cancel the pizza and refund my money. This was two days ago and I still don't see my refund. I'm going to walk in there personally and demand my money.

Don't waste your time. Ordered at 7PM, called at 8PM to find out where's my 'zza. Guys swears it already left. 30 more minutes go by so I call back, put on hold and no one ever comes back on the line. Pizza finally shows 1 Hour 45 minutes after order....it's cold, crust is under cooked, and linguica is raw. All in all pretty gross. Final straw for me was that at no point during any of my calls or the delivery did anyone apologize for talking so long; the driver would not even look me in the face. Never again.

Via Mia is the best so far~. I HAVE BEEN EATING AT VIA MIA FOR ABOUT 4 YEARS AND I NEVER GET SICK OF IT! Via Mia has the greatest pizza i have ever eaten! I love everything about it! Most of all i love the reseptionists there! they really take good care of me when i am there... i know all there names! (susan, jessica,magan, jenny) their are the best!

the pizza has a great amount of toppings on it, it is cut in equal slices, and easy 2 eat without a mess! the area is good for sitting and eating a regular meal, and the resptionist are always there for you, doing what u ask! i love VIa MIa! its the best pizza anywhere!

Quick delivery, mediocre pizza. Interesting pizza combinations, but we went with the benchmark "combination" pizza for the first taste. They have speedy delivery and a decent value of under $20 for a large pizza. However, the pizza was merely mediocre and lacked a sufficient amount of toppings. Crust was good, but it needed more meet and veggies to cut it.

Change in management?. I've purchased Via Mia pizza for about 2 years, and have always recommended it highly. They never skimpped on the toppings, were quick on delivery, and always had good specials. They had large portions of toppings with lots of the pizza sauce.

However lately, it doesn't have the same quality as before. They are skimpy on the pizza sauce, whichi I feel is the one main topping that makes each pizza maker different. The last two times I purchased from them, I had to pull back the cheese to see if any sauce was even on it. The pepperoni was extremely greasy. Its is very disappointing to see one that had such a good standards, in my book, go bad.

I hope that the management will see write up and hopefully reverse the current process and bring back the old Via Mia pizza.

GREAT PIZZA!!!. I have used them for over 6 years now. I still like to try other places on occassion, but Via Mia is by far and away my most favorite pizza around!!
