a great designer.
I just happen to come across this page and I just have to leave My personal Opinion...In the past I've done several remodeling projects using the services of Augustine Designs and I have nothing but praise for this company..
.Their Timely commitment their Professionalism , The Prompt turn around and their total commitment to the project is beyond compare...
Not once did they not quickly respond or come to the rescue and their professionalism really showed when it came to dealing with the City and working with the Contractors to get things done.
.I don't think You can find any other service that comes close to matching the Quality of Work performed by this firm...I would highly recommend them without a doubt

run away. when a second person says run away, run away from Richard Augustine. He IS a lier, horrible designer, no work ethics. He basically threatens to get his work, offers you a cheap price, takes an upfront, and run away with it. That's why he is so cheap, because he doesn't do his job. He even can't measure!! mistakes all over design and will charge extra if you ask him to have a second drawing! i had my pain, and want to spare yours.

When You have done over 3,000 projects which have been permitted and Built in Santa Clara County alone in the last 37 years and only 2 complaints from unhappy individuals that's not a bad track record. Something seems a bit strange especially when they are the best of friends...
The old saying goes "He who is without sin cast the first Stone". ..In Our business We come across all kinds of Clients the best of the best and the stingiest and the rudest of them all...

Run Away from Baron Richard Augustine. Run away from Augutine designs. He is a lieyer, incompetent, impolite and a horrible designer. Do not sign up with him because he is cheap. Believe me, it ends up costing you a lot more because of his horrible designs. DO NOT HIRE HIM. I made that mistake. You do not do it.
