Honest with Fantastic Customer Service - We've taken our cars there for more than 5 years. Joe, Daniel, Norm and every professional there has been wonderful for our family. They are proactive and productive. 2/3/07 - We brought in the Honda Civic. The did all of the tests, until they could replicate the problem we had with the car stalling while it was being driven. For a little over $800, they did all the necessary repairs to the alternator and everything else that was not working. They got this repair completed in one day! Thank goodness, because we need our cars for work.

However, the best example I can give regarding their level of service is from 2005, when the Nissan Sentra was having problems with almost the same thing. But, it took them a little longer to do the repairs than they promised and they paid for my rental car!

Now, I'm not promising that they'll do the same thing for you, but I can tell you that they've been awesome over the years! My wife and I have had years of wonderful service from Cartex!

Alarmist Auto Shop Preys Upon Your Ignorance. I went to Cartex to service my car on several occassions. For all intents & purposes they performed satisfactory work. I believe on one occassion they may have messed up the first time & I had to bring the car back the next day so they could correct their error. My main gripe is their shop is that no matter what type of service you're having performed, just expect that when you go to pick up your car, Daniel (shop manager) will have a laundry-list of services & repairs that you'll "NEED" to take care of. After one quote of nearly $300, I took my car to another highly rated mechanic & got the same service done for $140 & without the hard-sell of extra repairs.
