I am the proud owner of a Jeep wrngler. Every time I have gone into this dealership, always the parts department because I do my own work, I have been treated great. Each parts guy has his specialty interests, and the jeep parts guy is very knowledgable. What I have learned in life is that no matter how hard you try, you are never going to be perfect, and you are always going to have a bad day here and there, especially when it comes to customer service. You know what I mean?,,,,,those days you wish you never got out of bed. I have always addressed them as "Sir" or "Mam", because they are to be respected for their knowledge and willingness to deal with peoples problems day in and day out. They're greast guy and gals there, and if I were to have a bad experience in the future, I would probably cut them some slack just for being human.
