Proactive Service. I first visited Steven Creeks Mazda because my Mazda 3 was showing a WARNING light... Mrs Duvall (Krista) took care of me; she was very professional: fast and easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes with a loan car. The next day I picked up my car - fixed and washed. Mrs. Duvall noticed my dashboard was cracked so she told me she will order a new dashboard...THAT'S BEING PROACTIVE! I requested a RX-8 for a loan car but Mazda doesn't offer RX-8 for loaners; She asked if I would like a Maita...:-)))) Thanks to Mrs Duvall I will be buying my 3rd Mazda from Steven Creeks :)))

Great Customer Service. I get the best customer service at Mazda Steven's Creek. Each rep, especially Tim, is very fair, honest and accomodating. I am so glad I bought my car here.

Knowledgeable Salespeople. I just purchased my 2009 mazda 3 on wednesday sept.24. Jason was my sales person and I was very pleased with his product knowledge and his professionalism. He helped me find a great car and im really excited to drive my mazda.

Great Service!!. Kristina Duvall has helped me a number of times when servicing my car. She always does a great job of working with me to make sure I'm aware of everything that's going on with my car as well as remembering me to make my trips more personable.

Oaktree Mazda San Jose Ca. I purchase a new Miata there and had a really great experience. I had a price in mind and really stuck to it. We did the whole back and forth let me talk to my Manager. Overall I was happy with the dealeership and salesperson

Oaktree Mazda San Jose Ca. Oaktree Mazda San Jose,Ca I purchase a Car here and the deal was Ok . The first thing I did was bring in a legit deal from the Internet. They matched it with no problems. Next I needed some payments I could afford and the salesperson told me they just send it to a bunch of Credit Unions and let them fight it out. They came back with a great rate and everything worked out. The only thing I didn't like was they didn't want my old car as it had 280k miles. They told me to donate it which is Ok . I mean I don't buy a lot of cars but they seemed Ok and I'm happy.

Oaktree Mazda an easy place to buy a car. Oaktree Mazda,San Jose My car buying experience at Oaktree went very well overall. When I arrived at the dealership that sense of uneasiness went away in part because of the salespeople. When I was a kid my parents used to take me car shopping and most of the salespeople worked at the dealership next door. So when I reminded my Salesperson of that they gave me a little better treatment. I purchased the car that was on ad and felt like they really took care of me. The deal went through with few problems and they did a great job showing me all the options. I had visited the dealership next door and wasn't pleased. I think in my experience its sometimes the salespeople that made the difference and the more seasoned salespeople know what I wanted and made it happen.

Friendly and Knowledgable. I bought my Mazda3 at Oak Tree Mazda in late 2005 and I've been taking it back to the dealer for service ever since. I've always gotten great customer support back from them. They take the time to explain their service recommendations, and they don't use the expected high-pressure tactics to get you to spend more on maintenance than you planned for. A couple of times I've said 'no' or 'I'll wait on that' and the service reps have always dropped the issue.

The service I get there is just much better than what I received from other auto repair shops I've visited with my previous car (a Ford). That's why I keep going back.

Competitive prices with awesome customer service!. Although I like to do my research before trying a new business, my vehicle was in desperate need of service. So I decided to try Oak Tree Mazda mostly because of the convenient location. I was greeted promptly by the service staff. My service advisor (Kristina) was very professional and very friendly. We reviewed my vehicles history and then she made the appropriate recommendations. Then I was shuttled to work by a very nice man named Brad. I was kept informed throughout the day and my vehicle was completed 2 hours early! When I picked the vehicle up I was once again impressed by the courtesy and professionalism of the Oak Tree service staff. I have been driving for 30-years and this is by far the best experience I have ever had at a dealership. Kudo's to Oak Tree Mazda!
