I first visited Steven Creeks Mazda because my Mazda 3 was showing a WARNING light... Mrs Duvall (Krista) took care of me; she was very professional: fast and easy. I was in and out within 15 minutes with a loan car. The next day I picked up my car - fixed and washed. Mrs. Duvall noticed my dashboard was cracked so she told me she will order a new dashboard...THAT'S BEING PROACTIVE! I requested a RX-8 for a loan car but Mazda doesn't offer RX-8 for loaners; She asked if I would like a Maita...:-)))) Thanks to Mrs Duvall I will be buying my 3rd Mazda from Steven Creeks :)))
