I have decided to order my dress through Soni because of all those SPECIAL 5 stars review. Of course everything turn out to be opposite. I paid a lot of money for a brand name dress, at the end I got a defective dress. More than that, I paid for her to fix the bustle, it broke IMMEDIATELY! It just made me extremely stressed out in my wedding. I cried on my wedding day!

I took the dress to Soni's BB Bridal and showed her. She AGREED THAT THE DRESS HAS PROBLEM and she said she will take care of it. She will call me a week later. I think there is a chance that the manufacturer gave me a defective dress, thus it may not be her fault. After weeks, Soni never call me back. Then I called her, she yelled rudely and claimed that the dress has no problem. Also she said if I dared to take the dress to her store, she will call police. Can you believe it?????????????? In this way, she never need to be responsible for anything.

I wonder I may not be the only victim. You know many women are busy with their job, they will just move on. Now, I started to think she may play some trick that is why she avoid to talk about the dress. Does she give me a pirated copy of a brand name dress? Or the dress is just only defective? Why she is so afraid? Soni, I hope you can be more professional and talk to me. Maybe later on, you will try ways to remove this review, but I can also call KGO radio consumer show and share about my horrible experience. If you remove this review, I can have reviews about you even on other store review page. I wish you never do this to anyone else because some people do speak up.

She made my bunch of lies. Such as no alternation will be needed if I order through her.
