It's Chinese, and they deliver. It's fast-food Chinese, and they'll deliver if you live in the Saratoga/Prospect area. Whenever we call, they always say it will be 45 minutes, and they're often at our door in less than 30. They're always faster than pizza, and as far as I know, they're the only ones who will deliver in our area other than pizza. The food is okay, they have a good selection of dishes, and the prices are reasonable. They always give us a nice coupon when they come. Free egg rolls are nice.
