Good Comfort food.. It's not to often you find a "german" food in the area. it reminds me of food my friends grandmother used to cook at family gatherings. the place is not gourmet but more home-style. I'm always glad I came to eat here when I get a craving

Wonderful!. This is a great place! I enjoy the cozy Old World German atmosphere, and their big variety of food choices. The prices are reasonable, and it is great place for gatherings. You order at the counter like a cafeteria, where they cut fresh meats for you, as well as many other dishes. Great value and quality!

Good Meats- side dishes awful. Very good meats and portions. Side dishes are terrible. All out of a can. Canned mushrooms, soggy salads, canned salad dressings.

Mama Cooks At Harry's Hofbrau???. Here's why I love to go to Harry's Hofbrau: You ever have a hankering for a good old fashioned tender, juicy French dip sandwich, say, on a French roll, dipped in hot beefy meat juices? Or how about an authentic Reuben sandwich with a mound of tender flavorful meat, Swiss cheese, sauerkraut and 1,000 Island dressing on oval rye? Or maybe you like creamy cheesy macaroni & cheese hot from the oven, or Creole shrimp over rice, a side order of red cabbage or a plump bratwurst with hot German mustard and a side of potato salad? What if you want a turkey dinner with all the trimmings? Can do! You can see the turkeys cooking in the windows every day. Oh maybe you'd prefer medium-rare roast beef, sliced thin and piled high, with homestyle mashed potatoes and your choice of gravies? Hey don't forget about the corned beef and cabbage, the sirloin tips in gravy, and the delicious lasagna! You see, you can practically have it all at Harry's! Try the hand made enchiladas, or the incredible stuffed peppers, and don't overlook the tender, tangy BBQ ribs either. Or how about a big steaming bowl of soup like Mama used to make or if she still does... lucky you. Pair it with a crisp salad, about a dozen to pick from, and a soft, fresh yeast roll & butter, and save room for some cool, sweet ,creamy tapioca pudding, or a generous hunk of rich chocolate cake and an ice cold glass of milk. All these choices every day, plus a family-friendly atmosphere still at reasonable prices? ...man that's eating! You'll swear Mama's in that kitchen!

Editorial Review by Christy Buena. Serving all-American cuisine including turkey leg dinners, the restaurant features a cafeteria-style buffet and large portions.

Meat and potatoes. If you are looking for comfort, tread your way over to Harry's. Turkey legs, corned beef, roast beef and many other meaty temptations are available with mashed potatoes and stuffing and two other sides of your choice. What is more conforting that meat, potatoes, and low prices?
