Bad customer service.. I just called they Golf and Tennis World in San Jose.

I asked the man who answered, "Hello. Is this Golf and Tennis World?"

He said yes.

So then i asked, "I was wondering if I could find out the balance of a gift card I have?"

Then he answered, "Sorry were closed." And just hung up. Just like that. Then I asked myself, What kind of service is that???
