Tricky clerks..
San Francisco store is a lot better than san jose store.
at san francisco store, my friend was told that she can
bring in a CD point cards next time since she forgot to
and they gave her a temporary one to put them together
next time. But she moved out of state so her mother went
to close by kinokuniya in san jose to get 2 free cds
(that's what she gets for putting 2 cards together total
of more than 60 points.)
mother went to the store and found one of the cds since
other ones weren't at the store. she goes home thinking
she'll get another cd later. Next time she finds out that they don't put two cards together to reach 60 points. on top of that, they said 40 points are used for the cd she already got.
that means, she has 3 stamps left on one card and 23 points on another. This means that she can now get another CD for 20% off for 20 points instead of another free CD. If the clerk knew about it, why would they even give her a free CD in the first place not explaining what will hapen later with the left over stamps. They are very tricky. the mother felt very offended because of how the clerk was responding to her.
their services are horrible..
they smile, but service is horrible.
don't accept returns for refunds.
makes it difficult for customers to purchase things.
bad store policy. doesn't make sense in America.. Doesn't accept return even if customer finds out that the product was not what they were looking for or realize the product is really bad. My friend has a store credit from there and she can't even buy a gift card with the credit. I see her point that it's annoying to have a piece of paper, rather have a card. She probably don't wanna buy anything from there, so she'd rather give it to someone else as gift certificates. Their policy is very unhelpful. They want to give her a hard time.
