Best place to get your clothes cleaned

My husband and I have been coming here for 6 months or so. We are both really happy with the service. The prices are AWESOME, and we have never had a problem like the first reviewer. We have never had any stains not be removed, any buttons lost or any dried soap left on our clothes. This is the only place we go anymore. We give 5 stars wholeheartedly!

Worst Experience EVER!!!

DO NOT FREAKIN GO TO THIS CLEANER!!!

I had my clothes dry clean here last week and when I got them back I noticed that about four 7 of them had new stains and olds stains on them. And almost all if not all were not even ironed neatly, there were creases and fuzz, completely horrible and wreckless job. I told myself never to go there again. I had went there once before and thought I'd give them a second try since they're pricing was cheap. I told the guy, please these are all my designer shirts, take could care of them.

THAT WASN"T THE END OF IT -

So this morning I decided to where one of my shirts I had cleaned there. And something white like a small chip of laundry soap fell from the shirt - ok maybe it was stuck between the collar or something. When I started to button my shirt - I notices it was all smashed up and DETERIATED!!! Oh Man I was furious.

I thought Please let this be the only one, checked all my shirts and OMFG like 8 of them had buttons ruined!!!!! Ubelievable, all my HUGOs!! and other expensive shirts that had sentimental value(some i got as gifts and events I wore them to the first time), ruined!! Went back to the place and the guy wanted to replace them all with the same buttons, I'm like no, find one that looks similar. Order them do whatever, I want it to look the same. I realized that there are numerous types of details that goes into buttons - size, color, design, thickness, texure all which makes it unique. Not to mention alot of them had the designer logos or names on them which cannot be replaced.

I don't know what to do, can't trust the guy to due a good job in fixing it, and I don't want another nightmare. There's no replacing them. I like my shirts and take care good care of them, but man I never new how much until today. It's like someone permanently deleting all your digital photos that were not backed up!!!
