Meth heads and mayhem. There is talk and it isn't pretty.

Where to start:

Well, this place has always attracted the less desirable of society (even some 15 years back). Honestly, when you have a crook running the place, you aren't going to attract the best tenants. This sh!thole has been going down hill for a while. The original tenants were duped into thinking this place was a great retirement enclave "resort". It is loserville. Plain and simple, it is a trailer park. The majority of people have a trailer park mentality and you can have anything from meth heads to murders as neighbors. Former managers have had their sticky hands in sh!t, one was on "the sh!t" and this place looks like sh!t.

You have wannabe thugs, crack heads and punk ass teenagers running around as if this is the end of the road for them. I mean really, the only thing worse than living in this park is dying here. Hell before hell for some of these folks.

Are there nice people, a few but I hardly knew them because I didn't bother dealing with people who had already given up on life.

Mainly this place is a bunch of people going nowhere and if you stay too long they will try to hold you back.

A lot of talk happened and probably still does happen in this park, but if you had a boring, meaningless life you would gossip too. I guess something had to replace the daytime soap operas.

What confuses me is why people who have children move in there. You know you don't watch your kids so why would you have them running around where cars speed? All the while your kids are unsupervised while every pervert on Earth is free to roam this park since the security gate only keeps the filth in not out.

Owning a home here is a mistake. Burn the sh!t down because you aren't going to sell it. (Don't really burn it, but if you are going to walk away from it don't leave it nice for the miserly old bastard).

The days are numbered for this park, but if you are dumb enough to buy here after reading the other two reviews on here you deserve what you get.

The only people still buying here are first generation dumbasses who can't see what a bum deal they are getting. They are looking for the American dream and instead becoming acquainted with how sh!t really is in America. Welcome.

Cops. You are some lazy ass motherf%ckers. The corruption and bullsh!t go to the top (the man himself). Think of the worst sh!t possible and you are only seeing half of the picture. Think outside the donut box.

Awful place to live at. Not recommend to purchase a home here. Utilities got cut off quite often, for a long period too. There was one time we had a black out for 15 hours, threw away hundreds dollars of grocery in the fridge. You can never contact office personel for your problem. Listed as "security patrol 24/7", I lived there 2 years don't even know how the security guy look like. The meter guy for your utility is a joke, always read it wrong and left your gate open. I have a hard time selling my home, no one can get a loan. Their policy state if the owner run away then the lender will have to pay 3 times the monthly land rent. they have very bad reputation with all the lenders. I can't even contact the manager to settle my deposit/liability after my home was sold. It has been 3 months since, very frustrating.

mobile homes from hell. would not reccomend moving or buying a home in this park. i have lived here for 2 years and have had our water turned off more than 20 times without any notice, we had no water for over 20 hours and no one to call or who answered our complaints. Management is useless, the grounds are never maintained, full of geese or duck dropings, it smells who would want to bbq at the park. our electricing was out for more than 12 hours and no one to call or no one from the management could give us an estimate. the area is full of family issues and the police are here all the time arresting someone. Hoodlums roaming all hours of the night and nosy stuck up neighbors. Forget about using the laundry rooms they smell of urine and never enough parking.
