Best Coffee Shop in SAN JOSE!!!!. This place is my GO TO place when I feel like a great breakfast! The people there are incredible! And the food will never disappoint. If you are looking for a delicious omelette, or pancakes, and a great cup of coffee, then CHOOSE FLAMES Santa Teresa! And do not get me started on the delicious cakes and pies they have. They have a NEW selection that will make your jaw drop! Seriously, they are worth a drive just to take home a special treat!

I have been going here for YEARS and I really love it. The staff are friendly and make you feel appreciated. This is essential in my book. Good food is one thing, but great customer service is what keeps you coming back! Everyone there makes it worthwhile to continue to recommend them highly. so a big thank you to the owner, management staff, servers, kitchen staff and even the bussers, that make Flames a great place to take a family.

food that can put you in a nursing care home. Flames serve food that hurts people. So you can profit, shame on you.

When we moved to SSJ years ago, Flames became a hangout for our friends and us. When we became aware of transfat dangers in 2004, I found that they use transfat in their frying and in their Bread/Cake Products. I boycotted them. I went back today and they still serve that unhealthy stuff to people.

(Do you want to live? Do yourself a favor and do a google-search on Transfat.)

Because I love them, I am telling all friends and family to boycott Flames and any restaurant that favors money over health. I would rather dine at KFC. I wish Flames would get with the times and change. They raised thier prices this year and still serve transfat killer stroke heart-attack brain-anurism 'food'. I, MY FRIENDS AND NEIEGHBORS HERE IN SOUTH SAN JOSE WILL NOT PATRONIZE UNTIL THEY CHANGE.
