Best in San Jose. The pizza and other dishes are phenominal! The service we had was better than most of the fancier bistros. Prices are higher than franchised pizza places but, believe me, it is well worth it! Don't miss the stuffed mushrooms. The sauce with a hint of curry made me want to lick the plate. This Pizz'a Chicago is the best of the bunch. I have been disappointed in the other branches.
Great Place to Eat!. Best Pizza Place in San Jose! Love the Variety of Pizzas and Taste. If you love deep dish Chicago style pizza then you've got to try this place. Near the HP Pavilion so you can get a bite to eat before or after a Sharks game. They also have specials on the day of a home game.
no Chicago. I don't see any flavor of Chicago in this place except borrowing the name and some decoration, they don't even have a deep-dish pizza that represents Chicago... You figure the rest.
awesome!. They have excellent deep dish pizzas! Air jordan mmmmm fabulous! too bad u guys only deliver in downtown and not south side.
Highest Quality Pizza in Town. Pizz'a Chicago is the most bang for the buck! That's not to say it's the least expensive pizza, but rather the highest quality ingredients. The cheese comes from Wisconsin, the tomato sauce is top of the line and all the other ingredients as well. And practically everything is made from scratch! The crust is light and crispy - not doughy like the review says. It's by far the best pizza in San Jose!
A Second City pizza that is second to none..
Combo Craze
The inventive folks at Pizz'a Chicago have done a great job naming their pizzas. Try the Great Chicago Fire, a hot mix of Italian sausage, "sport peppers," fresh garlic and sun-dried tomatoes; or the Rush Street, a meat lover's delight with pepperoni, Canadian bacon, sausage, linguica and meatballs. Hockey lovers should try the Blackhawk, named after the NHL's greatest team, which offers sausage, ricotta cheese, sweet red pepper, lemon zest, fresh oregano and cracked pepper. It's as sensational as Bobby Hull.
Other Items
Don't hesitate to look beyond the pizzas here. The Ditka is a great calzone with provolone, spinach, black olives, fresh garlic, basil and pepperoncini. The Papa Bear is a hot Italian beef sandwich served with gravy for dipping. They also serve Chicago Vienna beef hot dogs--the world's best dogs.
Pizza Perfection. My best friend took me there for dinner before a Sharks game for a quick meal. We were seated quickly, our order was taken immediately, and our order was delivered under the gaurunteed 25 minutes. The pizza was piping hot and delicious. The waitress bussing our table came by frequently enough to ensure our satisfaction, and was prompt and made sure we were happy. I had a great time and enjoyed the nice touch of the memorabilia on the walls. We made our Sharks game too.
Yummy place to go. I have had the best experience at Chicago Pizza everytime I go with my family or just for a quick lunch by myself. Great service and very good!
Awesome pizza. The pepperoni pizza is my favorite. I love the large glasses they give you to drink from. The pink lemonade is very good.
