very accommodating. The staff at the Biltmore is competent and accommodating. Our group has had several events at the hotel of the past year and we have been generally pleased with the rooms, food and most importantly the responsiveness of the folks managing and facilitating our events.

My Pleasure. I have had the pleasure of using the Biltmore's event space for professional monthly meetings for the past five years. They are extremely accommodating and the service is exceptional. From the front desk, to the bell hop, to the hotel staff who sets up for meetings, and the management, I have never been disappointed with any aspect of my time there and have continuously received positive feedback from the meeting attendees in regards to the hotel. Additionally, I have used the hotel sleeping rooms for myself as well as for many out of state professionals/speakers and we all have been extremely pleased. They are very clean and well maintained. Amy in particular is an extraordinary staff member. I truly feel that she has gone out of her way numerous times to make sure that I was accommodated in every way possible. I will continue to use the Biltmore's for both meeting rooms and sleeping rooms for years to come and would recommend this place to anyone else!

Not a bad place to go. Stopped by the Biltmore for a short conference. I liked the ambiance. Staff were friendly and greeted me.

I am not crazy about the location off the highway but it's convenient, close to the airport, and within driving distance of the silicon valley ecosystem.

Food was middle of the road, but enjoyable. Staff was very courteous. Place was clean.

Great place for a Seminar!. We hold three 2 day seminars at the Biltmore a year. The prices are good and the service is good. I recommend them as a good place to hold your seminars/meetings/conferences. Ellen, the Conference Services Manager is very nice to work with.
