Best Reiki in the country. The best Reiki work I’ve received and I’ve tried many places in San Francisco and New York. Patt Watts has the best energy out there. She has achieved healing that I did not think possible. Her energy has given me a new focus in daily life. Patt sends me home with homework to practice at home or in stressful situations as well. Highly recommend her

I never knew!. As a treat for a job well done last May, my company brought in massage therapists to give chair massages. I had never even thought about getting one until then. Wow, did I feel a release between my shoulder blades. I never knew that I had “knots” in my muscles and thought that I would just have to live with the tension. The chair massage practitioners came from Massage Therapy Center in Palo Alto and I was inspired to go to their place of business on South California Avenue on my own to get a full massage. They recommended the deep work massage when I explained how I work behind the computer all the time and the masseuse saw that my posture was pretty bad. I’m in my forties and I know it’s time to take better care of myself. Well after that first full massage, I realized how tense I had been and what I’d thought to be normal to live with. My back and arms felt a release I could not remember from before. I’ve gone every two weeks since then and I have noticed a huge difference in my body and not only myself. Friends and coworkers have told me that I look great, how fantastic my posture is now (I’ve been inspired to work out a bit too, even doing some yoga) … MTC taught me that you don’t have to live with pain. It’s truly been life changing!

Great acupressure session!. I just came home from an acupressure session with Jack and Oh my God! I feel so relaxed and renewed. Two thumbs up and my shoulders and neck are happy customers. I’ll be coming back for a long time to come!

Can't live without them. You guys are the best! I come here all the time and since I travel for work, I will usually schedule with whoever’s available and I have always been happy with everyone there. I wouldn’t survive my job without these guys and with their pricing packages, I save quite a bit of money. It’s worth every penny!

Excellent pre-natal massage!. I am six months pregnant and am really beginning to feel the weight of my little baby now, especially my back and ankles. My husband made an appointment for me here with Barbara and her Feldenkrais session really helped me. After making me feel fantastic and relieving many points on my lower back and shoulders, she gave me advice on what to avoid in terms of food (salt, sniff sniff), how to sit properly, shoes to wear and to keep walking! I'll be seeing you next week again, Barbara, and thank you. I feel that I can make it through the last trimester with your help!

Great place for a massage!. I've been going here for years and I continue to be a 100% satisfied customer. These guys are my sanctuary in life where I leave myself in their hands, literally and walk out refreshed and ready to go on to take on the new week. Prices are affordable too!
