Yeah Right!. Choas, from the ordeal of making this appointment down to the actual event. Shuffle, Shuffle, Shuffle. My self went with a few girl friends for a pre-bachelorette to do, and at first they stated their facility could accomodate us then as we got their and complete shuffle and twisting. I don't understand, if you can't handle a few people at once tell us and save spare us of our good time and headaches! Top it off the facial was NOT UP TO PAR! Location was nice but even on of the staff was complaining to my gals about her job, CAN YOU B BELIEVE?

Totally worth it!. My husband treated me to a customized spa package there for my 30th birthday. Spent the entire afternoon there, and it was great! The salt glow with the showers made my skin feel great. My face thanked me for the excellent aromatherapy facial - it was very relaxing - you hv to try it! Then the aromatherapy body massage was wonderful - pure bliss :) And then the hydrotone tub with jets - very calming. They were running a little late that day, and instead of having me wait, they gave me a complimentary hair conditioning treatment! Very friendly and caring staff too. Became so sleepy, and slept right throught the night at home. I will always remember this day.

Just Adverage overall. I heard great things about this spa and I was satisfied but it was not over the top or something to brag about. Unfortunately because it's a nice location.

FABULOUS!!!. WOW!! What a fabulous atmosphere, I was greeted by friendly staff, soothing music and wonderful green tea... I was changed into a robe and told to relax before my treatments began..

I had the best massage I have ever had which left me feeling relaxed and very sleepy..

I then had the most fantastic facial ever which made me feel like I was in heaven...

Overall my day was most relaxing well worth every single penny!!!!!

I reccomend to all who need a day of bliss to try this out...

SALES PRESSURE!!!. Went with friends for a package to relax. Massages were great but the facials done by this woman, who kept asking questions and tried to upsell every chance she got!!

Will never recommend this place to anybody.

simply the best. I have been going to Tova's to see Linda for my eyebrows going on two years now. The girl is awsome, she is very meticulous and always leaves my eyes beaming! i went somewhere else once, what a mistake! trust me go see her!

Great experience. Took my mother, sister and niece for massages and nail treatments. I was hesitant given the poor feedback seen on city search, but was very pleased with the visit. We all agreed the experience was great. Tova was extremely accomodating and personable. She and her staff made the visit very pleasant.

its just hyped up!. I recently had a facial there. The esthetician did a okay job, but did not listen to me! I was interested in a normal facial, instead I got an advanced one which costed more, off course! I was presured to buy their product. The ambiance is not that nice. Bottom line, for the price that they are charging, its not worthed. You could easily go to a better place.

I would not recomment this place.

Terrible Experience on my Wedding Day. My experience here was awful. I brought 5 bridesmaids, my Mom & new Mother-in-Law for hair styling & make up on the day of my wedding. Although the prices were agreed upon beforehand, they tried to charge me much more when the time came to pay the bill. They were very rude & unprofessional in dealing with this. They also had no concern for the time of my wedding & the fact that we were on a schedule to get there on time. I would never go back.

If I could only be there every day.... I received a gift certificate from my boyfriend for the Mermaid's Delight package, and what a delight it was! The staff is so nice and welcoming. The massage I received from Guang Yue was the best massage I ever had in my life, and I had quite a few. Highly, highly reccomend this awesome place!
