Great care, pride and attention to her work. Proprietor Nancy Cross is a real find, and has developed a strong, loyal following among my group of friends. If you are looking for a professional who really cares about you and the quality of your skin, she is the one for you. I have had facials at many other salons, often paying much more for the established prestige and bells and whistles of going to a fancy day spa, but none of those places have matched the attentiveness and thoroughness of Facials Plus. Her establishment is not large, but is clean and cozy and provides a soothing and therapeutic feel. It is also easy to find and reach, as it's just off the corner of El Camino Real, just a block off San Tomas Expressway in Santa Clara. I'm such a fan, I buy 6 facials at a time and receive a package discount on her already reasonable fees.
