The worst pet day care. I would give them negative point if it was possible.. They lost our dog, Charlie while my wife and I were on vacation four weeks ago. We haven't been able to find Charlie to this day.

It is still very hard for us to believe that this actually has happend. We left our baby with these guys to be taken care of while we were gone. Two days later, the manager at Spots called to let us know that they have lost our beloved Charlie.

Spots is doing absolutely nothing to help us finding him. They only care about themselves and are affraid that they might lose their business over this.

DON"T TAKE YOUR PET THERE!

Too Expensive and not all that impressive (to justify high cost). My dog loved being around other dogs but the staff was a bunch of uninterested young people that seemed more focused on interacting with each other than the pets. They just raised their prices and they are now charging $39.00 a day to board! That is outrageous and apparently they have enough people willing to pay that price. They don't care about catering to the average person.

User review by crosj. understaffed and over crowded. Staff appear to be working their way through college, all very young. My dog came home stinking and in need of a bath.
