don't go to the starbucks off bernal, worst experiences. This is the worst starbucks i have been to. I love starbucks but this particular one has the worst workers. They always find a way to ruin your drink, they have bad customer service, they don't tend to the needs of their guests correctly. Most of the workers are incompetent and make the starbucks chain look bad. One example of my experiences i had was when i ordered a Java chip frap that tasted extremely bitter compared to the other ones i had. I brought it back and asked for a new one but she gave me an attitude that was uncalled for.
