Plum Spa is a definite must!. Plum Spa is terrific! Everyone is friendly and I always feel welcome. The stations are far enough apart that you don't feel like you are in the middle of anyone's conversation. Stewart is my stylist and he's fabulous. I've never been disappointed and since I've started there & I get positive comments on my hair frequently now! It's definitely worth the trip!

Best Brazilian Wax! You're in you're out, and done!. I had the hardest time finding a place that knew what they were doing, until I found Lori at the Plum Spa. This woman didn't waste my time, and the results are exactly what makes a bRazilian wax so unique, without the drama. I tell everyone that is considering getting one done to come here (15 minutes at the most is what it takes if that!) Thanks!

GIRLS THIS IS THE BEST!!!!. The rituals are amzing esp. the Lulur Ritual; have stayed at the Mandarin Oriental and their spa pales in comparison. Nails came out perfect..haven't gotten hair done yet but next on the list!

Rituals are a MUST!. This is such an unpretentious spa with a great staff! I had an excellent facial and thai coconut ritual. The menu of services is long and unique. There are three rituals to choose from that make you feel like a queen (or king). I was served lunch in between services. I felt comfortable and pampered! Definitely a great place to go and relax!

Poor service. For a busy executive who doesn't have much control over her schedule, Plum Spa is definitely not the place. The receptionist/scheduler was rude and not very helpful.

I'd been a long-time client until my stylist moved away. They were not interested in helping me find someone new who could work with my schedule.

Just Adverage!. Not so great. My pedicure was alright, but I felt cramped in a hallway, as people walked by and stared. My waxing was unpleasant and incomplete. I wanted to call back to finish the hairs left behing on my brazilian but I decided against it. I wasn't pleased for the price or services recieved but hey that's how you learn. Make sure you don't wear a skirt or anything revealing when getting a pedicure.

Eye Brow Waxing Dont!. I almost cried after seeing the results of my eye brow wax. The staff did not follow my ANY of my requests. I stated thick shapely brows and thin unshapely brows is what I received. I stated., " do not take any out of th middle" and my eyebrows now begin in the middle of my face. I am terribly dissapointed and will not return to this spa again.

Awesome!. I've gotten a brazilian from the only girl there who does them (a couple years ago) She was so sweet and made it all so easy, and was personable, and did the BEST job I have ever seen! It was so worth the price! I'm back in town, so I'll definitely be seeing if she's still there!

Good Spa Pedicure. I was running 10min late, but they were very nice and timely. She painted my feet with some exfoliator cream and scrubbed my rough, cracked skin away with success. She used a rough metal foot scrubber that actually took off the callousy, dead skin. At cheaper salons, they used those fake pumice blocks that don't do anything but feel rough. The exfoliation, grooming, and massages were very nice. Eveything was clean and relaxing. There was no overwhelming smell of nail polish hovering in the air like at other places. Ambience was nice. The sound of the downstairs hair salon didn't detract from the pedicure experience.

I Never Even Got to Ask.... While I was walking home from work, I decided to stop in to Plumspa. I figured the lady at the desk would help me. Well, she ignored me and proceeded to help a waiting customer. I figured, "Fine, that's okay, they were there before me." Well, I continued to wait for another five or ten minutes. Finally a man came up to the desk and rung up a finished customer. The man continued to chat it up with the finished customer I was leaning on the desk, trying to show that I wanted to ask a question- but the guy just ignored me! After waiting at the desk for fifteen minutes (and standing, which hurt my feet as I had just gotten off work at a job where I stand the entire time), I just walked out.

My advice: Either call, or don't book with these people.
