ROACH'S DON'T EAT HERE. We were served a CRAWLING CRITTER in a soda, all the manager could say was 'oh gross' NO KIDDING!!! The health inspector has been notified!! Stay away from Chevy's on Saratoga Ave unless you like CRAWLING CRITTERS served in your drinks!

Worst service & food.. My friends & I decided to visit Chevy's the other night for dinner. Our waiter came & took our order & we informed him that we were trying to use a coupon that night. He said no problem. It was nothing but a problem! My boyfriend & his friend ordered burritos & the waiter put in orders for fajita platters even though he asked both my boyfriend AND his friend what kind of beans they wanted in their BURRITOS.

The food is brought over by a different waiter & the guys send it back stating it wasn't what the ordered. So then our original waiter comes back with an attitude & tells them that THEY need to be specific w/what they order! THE NERVE! How rude. He's standing there arguing w/them on how they didn't order right! EXCUSE ME??? Why would he ask what kind of beans they wanted in their BURRITOS?! The waiter said burrito himself!

Finally our order comes out & they get their burritos but not w/the beans they ordered. Hmmm...interesting...so the waiter obviously wasn't listening. When it's time to pay the bill, I ask for change for a $20. I state that I'd like a 10, a 5 and 5 1's. What does he come back with? Three 5's & five 1's. So now we know he really isn't listening to his customers. On top of that, we had to keep asking for refills while there were plenty of people around perfectly capable of filling our empty glasses.

My enchilada platter arrived luke warm & wasn't very tasty. When I asked our waiter what the difference was between the 2 types of chicken enchiladas were, he basically told me the definition of what an enchilada was. HELLO?! That's not what I asked...so I gave up.

We will NEVER return to that Chevys! Incompetent "help".

Fresh Mex. I had a good experience here. Though it was extremely crowded on a Saturday Night, I was seated before the alotted wait time of 15 mins, and the service was very good. I only had to ask for more chips/salsa once, but that is expected when you devour a good 2 baskets worth in 10 mins (i must admit I was hungry)
