Suspicious, hope they didn't scam me‎. I signed up for invisalign, paid it all up front. Now that I'm in the middle of my treatment, they don't answer their phone, they are never open, and last time I dropped by, another customer was waiting outside 30 minutes past her supposed appt. My invisalign treatment is being delayed!!!!! Left many messages over many weeks and no one calls back. Call corporate headquarters Pure Med Spa Head Office Atlanta, Main Phone: 678 954 5300.

PA BriteSmile collapsing. BriteSmile Palo Alto is apparently collapsing. They do not answer phone calls and are closed during their regular business hours. They have failed to process my wife's InvisAlign after taking payment in full in advance. Multiple orthodontists have resigned in the last two months. Multiple employees report that they have not been paid.
