Wonderful salon in Los Altos. walked in last year and was matched to a stylist named Venus who had hair similiar to mine. she is highly skilled at her craft and has restored my hair. The Aveda products are fantastic.

best aveda salon spa. I have been going to Ciana for many years and I have always had a very positive experience. I have received most of the spa services that they have to offer and I have been completely satisfied with each one. For the past year I have been seeing Heather for various waxing needs. She is always on time for my appointment, and a very efficient esthetician. When she waxes me, she never leaves any hair, and she is very detailed oriented. I have also seen Melanie for my hair and she listens very well, doing exactly what I ask her to. I would definitely recommend Ciana for Spa and Salon sevices.

Very knowledgeable staff and great atmosphere. For most women, a new salon/spa is a nervous experience....Not at Ciana! I was so pleased that the staff was so knowledgeable about current trends and about their product line. Melanie is an excellent listener and offers insight into my color and cut with professionalism! I've also had the opportunity to have waxing services....Jodi is very detail oriented and extremely professional. She has built a clientele because of her rapport and attention to detail..

I would recommend Ciana to anyone looking for a dedicated and wonderful staff.

Rejuvinated skin. I recently got a facial done by Heather at Ciana Salon and Day Spa. It was the best facial I have ever had. I was extremely satisfied with every moment of the facial. Heather was professional, courteous and prompt. I will definately be back to use her service again and I give her two thumbs up. The Aveda products that Ciana sells are also outstanding.

Exquisite facial. My skin has never felt so good. I love the Aveda products they sell. My sensitive skin does not react to them like it does to all of the other products I've tried.

Best waxing experience in town. I went to see Heather for a Braziallian wax before my wedding. I was very nervous because this was my first brazillian experience. She really put me at ease about the situation and definitely calmed my nerves. It was over before I knew it. I highly recomend Heather, it was a great experience all around!

DIAMOND IN THE ROUGH. IVE BEEN AROUND THE WORLD, AND THIS SALON IS THE BEST IVE COME ACROSS. THE STAFF IS EXCEPTIONAL, AND THE ENTIRE ATMOSPHERE IS INCREDIBLE..LIKE FAMILY!
